This review is for: TaoTronics® Elune Dimmable Eye-Care LED Desk Lamp TT-DL05 (9W, Flexible Neck, 7-Level Dimmer, Touch-Sensitive Controller, No Flickering, No Ghosting, Matte Black)
The TT-DL05 Gooseneck 7 levels touch control LED Desk Lamp – is a great eye-care desk lamp. It is not perfect, but it is well designed for its purpose. If you are looking for an eye-care desk lamp, look no further. This is ideal. If you are looking for a bright lamp, this may not be the one for you. I am sure a bright lamp would defeat the purpose of the eye-care desk lamp. We cannot have it all, it looks like. But could we?
What do I like about this lamp?
I have owned other LED desk lamps. This one sets itself apart due to the following reasons:
• This lamp has an adjustable goose neck that makes it very convenient to move around. It can be bent easily and rotated for the desired angle. I can turn it to face the wall, a desired area in the room, over my keyboard, and move it to the bedroom to read a book.
• It offers 7-level touch dimming. The brightness is perfect for reading, writing in the middle of the night or early morning hours. My son often uses the lovely bed in my office. I use this lamp and he was able to fall asleep without being bothered by it. He could not have done so with my previous desk lamps for they were too bright.
• It also has a memory. You can turn it off. Simple turn it back on and it will go back to the brightness before you turn it off.
• The flexibility increases the functionality of the lamp. I am aware it is a desk lamp; however, I used it last week to repair my oven. It is so flexible and more convenient to use than my flashlight. The downfall, it is not as bright as my flashlight but enough to do the work.
• The exterior of the lamp has a rubber finish and no buttons; makes a sleek design and no buttons for my 2-year old daughter to break

I have rated this lamp a 5 because the description states it is an Eye-care LED desk lamp, no flickering, no ghosting. It does that and beyond. However, TaoTronics has an opportunity to make this a multi –purpose lamp by addressing the following:
• There are seven level of brightness, the last three could be brighter. It provides adequate brightness to a controlled area on my desk. It could be much brighter for sure.
• The control panel gets warm, where all the other parts of the lamp maintains a normal temperature
